Onboarding time
Qaswarah is a property management company operating in the highly competitive Medina market in Saudi Arabia.
Challenge
Qaswarah was struggling with an overly aggressive discount strategy on Booking.com.
The portfolio was set to Genius Level 3, creating potential discounts of up to 48% for bookers. Fathy Elsawy and his team had no efficient way to test alternative strategies at scale or understand the true impact of promotion stacking on net revenue.
Solution
Qaswarah implemented myDataValue’s Booking.com AI Agent across all 10 properties.
The team used promotion stacking analysis to identify that Genius Level 3 was giving away margin without proportional ranking benefit. In a 45-minute onboarding session, they restructured the portfolio strategy by switching to Genius Level 1 and letting Sisi calculate and distribute optimised promotions across all properties with one click.
The system standardised discounts, improved health scores, and enabled daily automated optimisation.
Results
In the first 56 days after onboarding, Qaswarah generated SAR 1,053,600 in Booking.com revenue, up 24.1% from the prior period.
The portfolio delivered SAR 204,868 in incremental revenue versus the previous period. Reservations increased from 1,262 to 1,363, and nights booked increased from 4,369 to 5,385.
Average daily rate was maintained at SAR 195.65 while the team moved away from heavy promotion stacking.
What changed
Qaswarah replaced manual promotion review with a structured Booking.com workflow that gave the team more control over discounting, margin, and portfolio-wide execution.
